About You and Your Pregnancy:

We actually found out that I was pregnant when I went in for surgery after a softball injury, so to say it was a surprise is a bit of an understatement. Since getting over the initial shock my husband and I are having so much fun getting ready for our little boy. And despite all the little negative side effects, there is nothing quite like feeling him moving around inside of me.

Why You want to Win:

Well first off, I think it would be nice to have a flattering picture of myself during pregnancy rather than me sitting in my pj’s on the couch. Pregnancy does not actually make me feel like I’m looking amazing all the time. But I am excited about this part of my life and would love to have a great photo to help me remember all the emotions and changes I went through. And to be perfectly honest, winning that free session would be awesome!

About You and Your Pregnancy:

I am a wife to an amazing man and a mother to a gorgeous daughter who is almost 2-years-old and is our little piece of heaven! I am also a Pediatric Registered Nurse and I LOVE being surrounded by children. There is so much joy, happiness and laughter that children bring and I love that I get to work with them. I am pregnant with Baby Girl #2 and due in June. I’m so excited for my little girls to be best of friends! I have been fortunate to have good pregnancies and I feel so blessed to be a mother. It hasn’t been easy getting our babies here, so I feel extra grateful to be blessed with another child and to have an amazing doctor. Being a mom has been such a fun and rewarding experience and I’m eagerly awaiting the new adventures our newest addition will bring to our family.

Well it sounds like a lot of fun! I love being pregnant and feeling our little miracle grow. I think capturing the beauty of motherhood in photography is an awesome way to bond with my baby and it will be awesome to show her what is was like when she lived in my belly. It’s also a fun way to have my first daughter share in the experience of getting ready for her baby sister. My biggest regret was not doing maternity pictures with my first daughter. I wish I would’ve embraced by big belly and all of those stretch marks! And if I’m going remember how I looked when I was pregnant, I want it done by a professional!

My name is Summer Stark and I have been married 6 1/2 years. I am married to a seriously great guy and for about 3 years we have been ready to be parents. Shortly after starting to “try” for kids we got pregnant with our first baby boy! We were well on our way to being parents. I guess there were other plans for us…we lost our baby boy at 20 weeks. It was one of the most defining and crucial times in our lives. We pulled together and truly found what we believed in. It then took 2 years nearly to the day to get pregnant again. After many fertility treatments and medication we were finally able to get pregnant again. Our due date this time will be one week sooner than our last little boy that we name James two years ago. We could not be happier and feel extremely blessed to be welcoming another son at the very end of May 2012.

About You and Your Pregnancy:

My husband and I have been married for just over 3 years, and we are expecting our first child in June. Everyone had told us that they were sure it was going to be a boy, but when we had the ultrasound it was a sweet little babygirl! We couldn’t be more excited!!! My husband comes from a family of 4 boys, so this is going to be a huge learning experience for him.

I am a Registered Nurse so it’s fun to see all the changes happening in my body that come with pregnancy that I have learned about. I work in a GI lab, so besides the small time I spent in school, I don’t have much experience with mother/baby floors in the hospital….so hopefully I don’t have to deliver my own baby!!

Why You want to Win:

would love to be one of the Maternity Models because I want to be able to remember this time in my life forever. Especially with this being my first pregnancy. I think it’s so amazing how our bodies, as women, can make such drastic changes to carry a child. It’s something I don’t want to ever forget. I also want the memories of my babygirl when she is still a newborn. Everyone tells me that they grow up so fast, so to treasure every moment. How better to do that than with beautiful newborn photographs. Looking through the website at all the newborn pictures makes me want my little one right now! I just want to squeeze and kiss her!

I am pregnant with our second baby. We have a 4 year old daughter, Tessalee. We are expecting our second daughter in May, and her name is Juliette Faith. Her middle name comes from the circumstances and faith she will be born into. It has been a pregnancy full of emotions, heartburn, morning sickness, aches and pains, and pure ultimate joy!

Why You Want to Win:

There is nothing like a professional photograph to capture the beauty of a pregnancy. I would love to be a maternity model to preserve and cherish the memories that last for such a short time. My husband and I are more than excited to have another baby, but we didn’t expect that he would be in Afghanistan for the birth of our baby to return when she is 7-8 months old. A beautiful photograph will capture the beauty of the memory, giving us all something to hold dear to. Her middle name, Faith, comes from the faith in God that we are all holding to, anxious for daddy’s homecoming!
